Do dream feeds really work?

The didn't seem to with ds1- just wake hi up and disrupt sleep. Ds2'the jury is still out. He's now 3 months and waking 2/3 times between 10 and 6- I can't see dream feeds maki that much difference. So, to get hi up now and try again or try and cram in and hour or so's sleep!

I ask myself the same question every night..... DS is 17 weeks If I don't wake him will he wake at 12 instead of me getting him up at 10? Will that mean he'll go to 6am and not 4am...... My sister swore by them but I'm losing the will to live through lack of sleep. Do I give it up? I might try tonight!

Dream feed totally saved my sanity...but DS was nearly five months so could go longer...keep trying, even an extra hour in bed uninterrupted us worth it!!
