6 month old rolling in the night, help!

My 6mo dd has been rolling for about a month now, just from back to front though. She hasn't grasped the concept that she can try going back again...

So the past two nights I've had to go to her room at least 4 times because she's rolled onto her front and doesn't like it. She cries! I'm shattered, it feels like having a newborn again after months of lovely sleeps. How can I stop her from rolling? Or else how long will this last??

Is she in a grobag? That's sufficient to stop some babies, although admittedly not mine. You could tuck a very thin layer (like a big muslin, to avoid overheating) over her bottom half and under the mattress?

Yeah she is in a grobag. I even put her right at the edge of the cot, on the side she rolls to, but she still managed it. Little monkey. I'll try tucking her in tonight and see if it helps :)

Roll up a small towel and put it under the sheet next to her
