Silicone plugs are fantastic. They really block out all the noise. You can buy them on amazon.

I used to get mine from here

DH uses Mack's pillowsoft ear plugs which he buys in bilk from eBay, they were recommended to us & are far better than the foam ones

I had a few years of noisy neighbours so am something of an expert. Please don't be tempted to skimp on the cheap ones. I found these ones best, but silicone also great.

Thx everyone. Really appreciate the advice. Will discuss with DH and see which he prefers. Fingers crossed I get my DH back sleeping in our room permanently.

Got the Mack's ear plugs. Unfortunately they don't do the job. Trying the foam ones instead. Fingers crossed. Thanks everyone.

DP uses the Silicon ones- they are amazing.

I used to use them after working a night shift- they really do block out all noise.

Thanks. The silicon ones don't work for us. Tiredemma which ones do you use?

Anyone used these on kids?

Jellybabie3 · 01/11/2017 19:01

100% use Howard leights laser leights (pink and yellow, or green if you have small ear canals) been using for years as i am a light sleeper and dh breathes so heavily Hmm. Still use them and ds is nearly 4 weeks old....i just don't tightly put them in. That way i hear ds but ignore the snuffles and snores from both ds and dh that would otherwise keep me awake. They are disposablevand individually wrapped to keep sterile. I buy 100 pairs. But they can be used multiple times.

Jellybabie3 · 01/11/2017 19:02

Look them up on amazon. 20ish quid for 100 pairs

Jellybabie3 · 01/11/2017 19:03

They also fo howatd leights trial pack if you want to try all their products and get it right
