Our 9 mo son has never been the best of sleepers but his sleep/going down to sleep is so sporadic. I must confess now that we have never managed to put him down awake/drowsy and he normally falls asleep whilst having his bedtime bottle. we have a strict story, bath then bottle in his quiet dark room. Most nights he falls asleep in arms and then transferred to cot but then we have nights like tonight where he is awake and continually flips on to his front and is up on all fours screaming (40 mins so far). Question is should we be turning him over (he can roll/crawl) so not sure if turning him over is 'rewarding' him? If he wakes at night which again, he is quite sporadic, then he does the whole flipping on to his front thing. Anyone had the same thing/got any advice? we are at our wits end and could just do with some consistent sleep? ð??ª
