How old was your lo when you started a routine of waking up to feed etc? So that they had a more structured night time routine?

10days - but that was because he was failing to thrive so we had to wake him to eat.

I've set up a 4 he routine around 4months -
It isn't the magic pill to get them sleeping though the night but knowing what's happening is easier imo
