Hi all,

For lots of reasons I have yet to get ds into an early to bed routine. Dd goes down at 8 and has been in a great routine since about 10 weeks. Meanwhile, I've been on the couch bfeeding ds to sleep then holding him til I go myself around 10. He often wakes to feed a few times between 8 and 10, sometimes full of beans. Then he sleeps through til 7 or so.

How should I get him going down early? He has a dummy sometimes, so do I just put him to bed with it early several nights in a row and hope for the best?

Thanks!

Could you start with a bath book, boob, bed? What time are you aiming to get him into bed? Will you be sticking him in your bed or a cot?

Thanks. Yes he will be in a cot, so just dreading having to leave him quite upset for a few nights. Thinking maybe best to put him down first while big sis watches peppa! But he does seem to 'find' his own bedtime around 9...I'd prefer 7!

He might surprise you and not be upset Smile

Fingers crossed! Trying it tonight, thanks
