My 4yo DD has always had difficulties with sleep. Although now she generally sleeps through, she frequently has serious problems falling asleep at night, especially if she has slept in beyond say 6.45 the previous morning. Last night she was thrashing around from 7.30 til 10 before finally keeling over. She gets anxious about it, which probably doesn't help. We've tried relaxation CDs, music, audio books, aromatherapy, you name it. I'd really like to help her manage this herself, as it's looking like this is just how she is. Any ideas?
