DS2 4 months, has just woke up screaming and crying like his heart is breaking - he has never done that, sleeping thru from about 8 till 7 with barely a murmur!
He sounds so upset and frightened and we can't get him to calm and settle - any ideas?

He's gone back to sleep now, thumb in mouth and looking like he never woke up??? What on earth was that all about??? Could he have had a nightmare - at 4 months old?
