My LO is coming up 8 months and will only nap in the day if we're out in the pram or car or if we cuddle her in. I would love for her to take naps in her cot when we're in the house during the day. Any advice on how to get her to do this will be gratefully received! Think I'm going to have to do some sort of sleep training but don't know where to start!
