How to stop swaddling

Our beautiful 6.5 month old baby is swaddled... This started at 3 months when it was the only way we could get her to go down she sleeps beautifully and goes down at 7.30 every night asleep by 7.50 almost guaranteed.. She only wakes up when she comes out of the swaddle, she must move in the night and gets her arms free which obviously annoys her and she wakes herself up we then have to get up and wrap her back up then she will fall back to sleep on her own

My question is will she grow out of swaddling and learn to just deal with her hands/arms flapping about?

(I should add that she has skin issues and so when asleep and out of her swaddle she scratches her head and often wakes bleeding - hence why I'm not concerned at her being swaddled as at the moment it's the best thing for her) I just wondered whether she will eventually stop
