Desperate for help with 2 year old sleep

I've posted at other various times on this topic of my dd's sleep but things have now gotten much worse. Over the summer months she slept fine, about 11 hrs at night and a 1 hr 15 min ish nap. All was good.

Then she recently started only sleeping between 10 and 10.5 hrs at night regardless of nap length. She was starting to take a but longer to settle to sleep (between 20 and 45 mins). I was putting her down at 7.15 and she was always asleep by 8 if not 7.45.

Just recently however she has started to take an hour and a half or more to settle to sleep at night, meaning she isn't going to sleep until 9 ish. Which is just so late. She will then sleep 10 hrs. This seemed bad enough but I had just started to accept this when last night everything changed and got even worse! I put her down at 7.15, she fell asleep at 8.45 then she was awake between 2am and 5am. She then went off again only to wake at 6.45 for the day!! She has just had a 1.5 hr nap. So not much sleep at all in 24 hrs.

I am just shattered and I am also 7.5 months pregnant. I have no idea what to do to help improve her sleep and I don't know why she is taking so long to settle to sleep all of a sudden.

Can anyone offer the wisdom on this?

Thanks

Bump. And happens periodically to us, too. DD now 3.5 and at preschool and we dropped her sleep in the day (some time ago) and she does sleep better when she is properly stimulated / tired out in the day.

Some nights it';s 10, 11 before she sleeps - I find it incredibly stressful and sympathise with you!

DS at 6 months is far, far worse.
