How is it possible that she's not tired?

Dd2 is going to be three in August.
Last night she was messing around until half past nine, then this morning she woke up by herself at 7 am. You would think she would be knackered now, but instead she is again messing around and no matter how angry I get with her she just won't go to sleep. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

overtired? Or just doesn't need much sleep perhaps? I never slept much as a child either and it drove my mum insane. I can remember lying in bed at night fr hours on end listening to everyone downstairs and just being completely unable to get to sleep. I would read in secret under my covers (when i was older obviously)
