naps in between feeds

Hi,
my 4 month old has over 2 hours nap for her first nap in the morning but then often only has 2 quarter of an hour ones later on, both a real struggle to achieve. My question is, do they NEED to nap in between feeds? For example could I:
7am feed
9-11 nap
11 feed
then play untill
1pm feed
130 nap????????
She doesn't often seem tired after her 11am feed but by 1pm I am pram rocking or walking (the latter does work but I have to stay walking then and it is getting cold!) to try to get her to nap. Does she need to? Or can I keep her awake untill the next feed then she can nap after?
Thanks!
