1 nap days...advice

My DD is 12mo. She often takes two naps, one 9.15-10 and one 1.30-2.45/3pm. In the last month or so she is sometimes refusing the morning nap completely, and the more I try the more distressed she will become. On these days I don't persist for a very long time and she has one, and I have been holding it off till 1pm. The reason for this is she has never slept for more than 90 mins during the day, and if she is up much before 2.30 bedtime around 6.30 becomes a screaming mess. My worry is that she is awake way too long in the morning, today for example she woke at 6am and has been awake for 7 hours. I'm sure this is not good for her, but worried about an earlier nap and a difficult OT bedtime. What do others do in this scenario? TIA

You may find that when she goes down to one nap she may well sleep longer tgan 90 mins at lunch. if not, just do bedtime earlier

earlier than 6.30pm? I would do this, but I worry about 5am starts. She's an early riser at the best of times...!
