My FF DD is 18 weeks and over the past week is really unsettled about an hour before I give her, her dream feed at 11pm-ish. She's been sleeping through from 7-7 with the dream feed since about 8/9 weeks if I recall.
I think she's genuinely hungry and looking for it now, whereas before she would sleep soundly before it. She's not woke up much after the dream feed (touch wood) but she's also not increasing the number of ozs she's having through the day. She's been sticking to the same amount for the past maybe 2 months.
Am I hitting the dreaded regression period? Or should I be trying to get her to take more oz each day? She's dropped a few centile but HV didn't seem concerned.
