4 mnth old night feeds

My 4 month old has 6oz every 4 hours ive been advised to stop his night feeds but he wont settle without his feed and just cries. Any advise?

:(( 4 months is still very little...my 5 month old still feeds through the night and is hungry...I'm no medical expert but I would query stopping all night feeds if that's what your baby is used to.

Yes i didnt think it was right to stop his night feeds either!
