Extending naps and morning wakings?!

Hi Im wondering if someone might be able to suggest something for my lg 8mo to extend her lunch time nap and early morning wakings. We have followed whispers GF routines loosely, just for something to follow/guidelines.
This is her rough routine:
6am wake and bottle
8am breakfast
8:30am nap
9:15am I wake her
11/11:30 lunch
12/12:15 nap - usually sleeps 1hr and a half max
2:30 bottle
5pm tea
6:30 bath
6:45 falls asleep on bottle

Other times she goes in her cot awake and falls asleep. (Although in the last cple weeks has been kicking up a fuss and has needed some cuddling etc to settle - no problem I just think its overtiredness as she cant shut off) She is exhausted by bedtime and whinges from tea.
I would like her to have 2hrs + sleep at lunch time and sleep til 7am, because I feel she is overtired.
I know she is still tired in the morning because sometimes if I give her her bottle in the dark at 6am she goes back to sleep til 7am.
I have tried shortening her morning nap to half hr so that she sleeps longer at lunch to no avail. Ive tried letting her sleep as long as she wants in the morning to no avail. Ive tried keeping her in her cot in the morning a little longer til at least 6:30. Tried not giving her milk to 7am. Tried putting her to bed a bit later...nothing.
A little while ago she started having 2hr naps and sleeping til 7am but then just stopped?!
Any ideas greatly appreciated, I don't know how to break the cycle! TIA
