Just had to share the madness. DS (15mo) woke at 11pm last night, and was awake, crying, til 3AM!!

Crying in his cot, in our bed, in my arms, in DP's arms, back in his cot, back in our bed, pacing the house.... Eventually at 3am he crashed out, and then woke. Every. Forty. Five. Minutes until 630am.

He's never cried for that long. I kept bfing him, hoping that'd knock him out (I night weaned him 2 mo ago so he probably thought all his Xmases had come at once!) - I think he was over tired, but he just wanted to comfort suck and comfort suck and couldn't get over the hump. A few times it seemed he'd dropped off, then he'd sit up and start crying again.

I swear,, he'd better have a full set of molars when I check tonight!! ;-)

I'm at work as its DP's day with him. It's gonna be a loooooooong day.

Here's to hoping for a less bonkers night tonight...........!!
