Clocks going back

What's the best way to handle the clocks going back? I know it's not happening till next weekend, but I just want to get ahead of myself.

I have 6 month old DTs, they currently wake about 5:30am so dreading it turning to 4:30! I've been trying to shift their routine forward all week, but it just resulted in them getting overtired and waking at 5! Does anyone have any tips?

Thanks

I have the same worries about 1yo DS! We used a sleep consultant to sort out sleeping issues a few months ago, and I found a useful article that she wrote about this: www.andreagrace.co.uk/articles/getting-into-autumn_september13.html

I've just come across these children's sleep tips online... I found them quite helpful :-). I wonder what my sleepy 4 month old thinks of them! (Not sleepy at 6am in the morning by the way!!).
