My 12 month old wakes every day at sunrise even though we have totally blacked out his room. I can't even see to pick him up in the morning!! I know this is pretty lame compared to some of the posts here but have been getting up at 5am for last 6 weeks when he is ready for milk and play and am knackered at work. Anyone having the same issues??

HI, are you still struggling KKK747? I got up at 4:45 today. You won't believe what I discovered, its not the sunshine, I think its the bird noise thats waking the kids up. The little buggers have a breakfast party in the tree outside at the first glimpse of the sun and make a real racket. I have put a fan on in the room (obviously this is helping with the heat) but also it dull down the background noises of the birds. Good luck.
