13mo ds not getting enough sleep?

He goes to bed at 7.30/8, and has 1-2 naps a day, anything from 40 mins to 2 hours in total.

The last few mornings he's been up at 6, today was 5.30.

He also wakes at 11ish and 2.30ish for milk (breastfed)

He eats well in the daytime, supper is at 5ish.

Perhaps I should start doing porridge before bed?

I'm not keen on an earlier bedtime, because he wouldn't see dh in the evening that way. Also Ihave an older dd (3) so not keen to do 2x bedtimes. And 5.30 really isn't a civilised time toget up.

So ...... any advice?

Drop any morning naps. If he wakes at 5:30 or 7, makes no difference, he can't have a nap till 11am. Sounds mad but it works.

Hi Jelly, if he has 2 naps, they'll be at 11.30/12 and 3.30/4.

If he has 1 it'll be at 12/1.

He usually drops off in the buggy on the way back from our morning activities, so it's hard to control unless we stop my dd's social life.
