Anyone worried about the clocks changing already?

DS is 16mo. He sleeps through unless ill or teething and goes down around 7.30/8pm. He often rises early and I am worried the clock change will make this even earlier as no matter what time he goes to bed he wakes at the same sort of time. It's daft to be worried already but DH also needing cared for just now after a big op and with a dog and work too I am knackered.

Yep... Bloody terrified. It's crap. Try all the "try to adjust their bedtime by 10mins every night" stuff but bottom line is that you're still knackered. Poor you with OH. Hope things aren't too bad this year.

KatOD it is and the "try to adjust their bedtime by 10 mins" might work for robot families but in my RL family bedtime varies by at least 10 minutes every night anyway so that ain't going to work for us.

Are these your PFBs people?

Honestly it's not that bad. You have a few days of madness but as the whole day shifts they get back to normal.

When do they change?

It's no good just addressing bedtime, it's the whole day - especially food, move all meals slowly back and then have a v late night on night clocks change. Works for us and ours are the worst sleepers. They will soon learn when the new 5:30 is though.
