A little background-dd is adorable and I love her to bits but she has always been an awful sleeper. She is 15mo and has yet to sleep through the night. Atm thank GOODNESS night wakings have dropped to once-3 times which I'm finding manageable (although totally annoying because she isn't waking for any specific reason and she can't self settle but that's for another thread). The thing that's killing me slowly one night at a time is her early waking. Used to be she was up for the day at 4am, luckily a few months ago she started getting up at 5. Too early for my likings, and what really bothers me is that she's waking up tired! So she's exhausted, but too excited to see me so will not go back to sleep.co sleeping and the likes isn't an option, a)because I'm not sure itd the right answer in this case abyway and b)it tends to mean less sleep for both of us. We've tried leaving her to cry (she just screams hysterically), pushing back bed time (does not make a jot of difference when she goes to bed,she will still be us at 5),giving her milk straight when she wakes up,giving her milk only after 7..u name it. Another thing adding to this general exhaustion is being 12weeks pregnant.

Right, now I've got that long winded rant off my chest, anyone got any ideas to help me?!
