15mo sleep routine - what was/is yours?

I'm struggling to get DD into a sensible daytime routine, not least because our day has previously been focused more around her older brother and she's just slept on the move!

Now it's just me and her (DS at school) I'd like to get her into a routine simply so that we can make plans in the day. I'm also secretly hoping it might help her early waking. Evening routine is consistent and has been since she was tiny.

So I'm just wondering what works for others, she likes a morning and afternoon sleep at the moment but it means that they're both quite short and the times aren't always consistent.

DS is nearly 17mo. At 15mo we made the change to one nap after lunch. His day goes roughly like this:
6.30/7 wake up
8 breakfast
12 lunch
1 lunch
2.30 wake up
6.30 bed

Obviously it is subject to change without notice Wink

Sorry 1pm should read nap obviously. He only has one lunch, he's not a hobbit!

DS is 15mo. We have just moved to one nap.

6.30/7.30 wake
8am breakfast
11.45 lunch
12.45 nap
2.45 wake
7.45 bed

7am wakes up
7.30 refuses breakfast, eats 1 Cheerio and drinks 2oz milk if lucky
9am toast
10am banana
11 breadsticks
12 big lunch
12.30-2ish sleeps in cot
Milk
5 snack
6.30 supper
7.30 milk, bed

She is a hobbit! But fits beautifully around older siblings routine and is still happy to go out for the day and nap in car or pushchair.

DD is coming up 16 months and still has 2 naps a day. She's always been a sleepy head though.

7:30 up, breakfast, wash, dress etc play
9:30/10:00 nap for about 45 minutes
12:00/12:30 lunch
14:00ish nap for 60-90 minutes
17:00/17:30 dinner
18:45 bath
19:15 story, cuddles, little song
19:30 into cot

If I've worked that day though its usually a little later in the evening and I cuddle her to sleep Wink

Thanks everyone :)

I'm going to aim for one nap after lunch - didn't go too well on Monday but I blame the teeth! It's what she does at nursery so not sure why it doesn't work so well at home.

I'll see how it goes....
