My dd (4 months) will only sleep on her side (she is bf and cosleeps). She cant manage to quite get to this position yet and cant stay there a long time like this. I dont know whether to turn her back but this eventually wakes her uop and I have to cuddle her(not usually feed now) back on her side for her to go to sleep again. she is now sleeping in her moses basket and each time she wakes up if I put her on her side off back to sleep she goes. If she too young and should I insist she sleeps on her back. tbh it is nice that she sleeps for much longer like this.

Its worrying I know - I would try and retrain her to sleep on her back but if you think its a no go, then let her be. She will be able to turn on to her side pretty soon anyway won't she, and as she is 4 months, the main danger time is pretty much past
Good luck!
