Just that really. We seem to have had quite a drop in the length of ds' nights recently, he's now averaging 11-11.5hrs. Does that sound like enough at his age?

Thatsabout what mine gets too - and it wasn't so long ago it was 12-13 so it sounds similar to your situation.

Same 3 last week and sleeps from 8-7.00/7.30 with no naps. Been like this for over a year now. That extra half hour till 8 (making a full 12 hours) would make such a difference ungrateful

About 11 hours as well. Turned 3 3weeks ago. Goes down at 8.30 to 9pm and then wakes at 7.30ish. Will change next week as she is off to nursery 3 mornings a week and we have to be there for 8am. I am hoping that coupled with dd 5 starting school will mean some earlier nights

racmun · 04/09/2013 22:20

Yep he goes down at 7 and wakes 6-6:30 every day. No nap during the day.

Even if we try and put him to bed later he still wakes up early!

Thanks for the replies. He seems a little tired in the day but no matter what I try he's not sleeping any longer, so sounds like he's doing about right.

It was only a few months ago he was sleeping in til 9am most days so these early starts have come as a bit of a shock!
