Dd has, up to now, been a great sleeper. She was in a routine at 6 weeks and with the exception on teething and illness has gone to bed at a regular time.
Fast forward to now... She will not go to bed at a sensible time!
She gets up at the right time,7.00 and naps for around 2 hours at 9.30 she then eats at 11.30, 3.00 and 5.30. At nap time she fights sleep for a couple of minutes but then falls asleep and goes in her cot. She sometimes try's to sleep in the afternoon at around 4.30-5.39 particularly if we are in the car at that time.

But when we get to bed time, 7pm she just won't settle she just wants to play but is yawning and rubbing her eyes (her sleep cues) and will accept cuddles which means shes sleepy. I tried just saying good night and putting her down in her cot but she just plays in her cot swinging on the bars, throwing her dummy and shouting at the baby monitor. the last two days she settled at 9pm and slept thought but is tired in the day.
Help!!!i need to get her back in a 7-7 routine roughly for every bodies sanity!!!
TIA

Also to add (to my epic post, sorry) she is very active, crawling and cruising even in a grobag which doesn't help as the minute you put her down awake shes up on her feet even if seconds ago her eyes were closing.
