If you do - is your back mangled? Mine feels like macramé.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Ha ha! How old is your LO?
I went through this phase.... Got much better when DS started the night in his own bed meaning I got a few hours sleep in a position of my own choosing. However from 1am or 4am (praying this moves permanently to 4am or later!!) I may only sleep contorted around my child. My shoulder joints were crumbly anyway and now they are creaking and making their discomfort known!

I feel for you.

A good massage every so often really does help. That reminds me - I need one!!!!

Take care.

She's my 3rd in 5 years so its no wonder I feel 90. It's mostly my lower back that feels like it needs a steam roller run over it. I've got an amazing sports masseuse. When she comes over I spend at least 40 minutes yelling my head off. Enjoyably.

I had 3 in 4 years, youngest now 2. Don't co-sleep so much now, just part of every night when youngest wakes up. A few nights ago, she slept through. Without her to nudge me into moving, I clearly slept in the same position all night without moving, and woke up with a very cricked neck that is still not quite right! Totally unfair.
