My DS is 5 and a half months. From 12 weeks he was pretty much sleeping through (I know we are very lucky). He would go to sleep in his cot and sleep till 6am. But the last few weeks have been a nightmare. He is going to bed at 7pm, this is the latest he will stay up, there is screaming and falling asleep on us otherwise. He has a nap in the morning and afternoon but not past 4pm. He has been weaned now since 18/19 weeks and does like his food, he's on 2 meals a day, lunch at 11 and dinner at 3, then bottle at 7ish and 1030 ish (and bottle in the morning). He has been waking up at 1am and then from then onwards waking every 20 minutes or so and not really going back to sleep. I have acute spd as a result of his very difficult labour and getting up constantly is physical agony for me. I don't know what to do and could really do with some advice. When he wakes up he takes his dummy and goes back to sleep for 20 minutes.
What can we do to get him sleeping again? I just can't cope with the pain and the lack of sleep.
Thanks for any advice xxx

My little girl did this about this age.... ditch the dummy!!! Every time the dummy fell out she would wake up. It was so much better again when the dummy went and actually not as awful as I thought it would be.

What are u feeding for dinner? Is it something easy to digest? When I started to (early) wean my lo the same thing happened and it was due to her trying to digest dinner. I moved to breakfast and lunch instead until she's a bit older.
