Babybay vs sagging Moses basket

Hi, my DS was born 8 days ago. We have a babybay in our room for co sleeping and a Moses basket which is in the lounge. DS has been sleeping fine in the Moses basket but the last few nights he just won't settle at all in the babybay so in between me feeding him, me and DH have ended up taking it in turns to nurse DS, when he drops straight off to sleep. Unfortunately this has meant very little sleep recently!

We've tried the Moses basket in our room tonight and he's settled straight away (!) but this Moses basket is borrowed and we've noticed that it sags in the middle, whereas the babybay mattress is firm and flat.

I just wondered what other people's experience of the babybay is? We intend to persevere with the babybay, maybe putting him down for daytime naps to get DS used to it.

The sag in the Moses basket is probably not an issue, but again wondered if anyone had a view on this?

Thanks

We have a baby bay which our six week old loves. She sleeps really well in it. We often just lie there and stare at each other:-) we don't use it other than at night though, so she associates it with nighttime. I'd stick with it!
