Can anyone help before I lose the plot?

Dd (1) has always been an ok sleeper. Periods of disturbance when teething etc. In bed by 7/7.30 gets up 7/8. Occasional night feeds.
This last week or two has totally changed and I'm losing the plot.
From roughly 10/11 she's constantly moaning/crying even though she's not properly awake. Having to go into her at least once an hour.
She has a dummy but is good at finding it and replacing if she loses it.
She's also waking a lot earlier, between 4/6.
I just can't cope with the lack of sleep. She started walking a couple of weeks ago so is on the move all the time.
She is having about 4 daytime milk feeds plus 3 meals as possibly a snack so not hungry (I don't think).
She has two daytime naps of 1.5 hrs in morning and 1 hr in afternoon.
What am I doing wrong?!
Any advice welcome, please save me!

Also, have tried dream feeding at 11 to no avail.
Last night she cried for what seemed like all night.
Pass me the matchsticks today Grin

How old is she, around 1 I'm guessing? Sleep regression. Hideous, painful, lasted about three very long weeks for us but they do come out the other side, I don't think there's much you can do if they're normally an ok aleeper - sorry!

Or, depending on age might be time to start cutting some daytime sleep...

Yes, just turned 1. Kind of hoping it's just sleep regression. Can cope if I know there's an end in sight!
Any idea when I need to cut daytime naps and by how much?

Dose of calplol just in case? Bach sleep remedy? Never worked for me but a colleague swears by it.
