Wondering if anyone can give me some ideas on why my almost 4 year old is grinding his teeth in his sleep? It's always when he turns over or I tuck him in before I go to sleep. Quite worried he could be damaging his teeth, he isn't under any stress/ anxiety that I am aware of at the moment.
