Naps gone crazy!

My nearly 10 month old DD has suddenly become able to stay awake for an extra hour before her morning nap and consequently the whole day is out. She also really resists sleep unless she's really tired so putting her down early doesnt help and using the buggy means a very long walk!

Her routine used to be:

6/7 wake
Breakfast
8.45 bottle
Nap (1/2 hr)
12 lunch
1/1.30 nap (1.5 hr)
5 tea
7bottle
Sleep

However it has been different evey day for three days because I can't figure out what to do. First day only one nap at 12 but only an hour long, second day nap at 10 and 2 but just 1/2hr long each.

Today
6/7 wake
Breakfast
9 bottle
9.45 nap (1/2 hr)
12 lunch
2.15 nap (1.5 hr)
5 tea
7 bottle
Sleep at 7.45 - she kept looking a bit sleepy so I would put her back and then she's scream and I'd go back in and start again

I really don't know what to do. I used to just put her straight in her cot but now I have to hold her until she's asleep :(

Any suggestions or experienced advice welcome!!
