Baby gets really hot in night

I co sleep with my 3 month old. Quite regularly I wake up in the night to find that she is really hot and her hair is damp with sweat. Never lasts for long and then she'll cool down again and be fine. This never causes her distress and she doesn't wake up at all because of it. Only wakes for a feed (normally once or twice)

We co sleep safely and she is never covered with a duvet. Does anyone else find this happens to them. I don't know anyone else who co sleeps. Everyone just thinks I am a hippy. I don't want to give up co sleeping yet

What is she wearing? She may need fewer clothes and your body will give off a fair bit if heat.

Normally a vest and a babygrow. Sometimes just one or the other

Maybe try just a vest especially as it gets warmer. . Babies tell you if they are cold. I'm no expert on co-sleeping sorry

How warm is the room. It should not be getting above 20 degrees.
