you arent supposed to use bags with sleeves. Does your lo wear a long sleeved bodysuit plus sleepsuit/pyjama top?

p.s. the new British Standard for Baby Sleep Bags (BS 8510:2009) stipulates that Baby Sleep Bags should have armholes, but no sleeves or hoods, to prevent over-heating (The british standard is voluntary though so not all sleeping bags will comply with it)

I would put a long sleeved vest on under the sleep suit, however if you really want one I know that John Deer do a long sleeved one and you could get one from a dealership or online. (Sorry, random I know but dh works for them!)
