What time for last nap?

If baby (5months) goes to bed around 8, what time would you let them nap till on their afternoon nap. And is it still around 5 hours napping a day at this age or less now?

I didnt used to let me ds sleep within 2 hrs of bedtime, so I'd say 6pm. Obv depends depends on the baby though

Great thanks. That what I thought. It's hard to find a good day/night balance especially when he's so unsettled at night.
