I put my 19 month old to bed every night about 7.30pm - 8pm, and falls asleep with no problem. She has a healthy active life, if that does anything to do with it. But every night i hear her grinding her teeth and also sleep talking. The grinding goes on for a while and I wonder if theres anything I can do to help. I obviously cant put anything in her mouth during sleep because shes so young. But is there anything I can do?
