This is for a 9-12 month old
7am
Baby should be awake, nappy changed and feeding no later than 7am
Feed from both breasts or formula, followed by breakfast cereal mixed with milk, fruit and finger foods.
He can stay awake for at least 2.5 hours.
8am
Baby should be encouraged to play on the floor or other activities for 20-30 mins while you have breakfast
Wash and dress baby.
9.30
Close curtains and settle baby in sleeping bag in the dark with door shut. Nap for 15-30 mins
9.55
Undo sleeping bag so baby can wake naturally.
Must be fully awake by 10.
Encourage baby to play on floor or take him out.
11.45/12
Give baby most of their solids before a drink.
Encourage to sit in chair with finger foods while you have lunch.
12.20
Close curtains and settle in sleeping bag, in the dark with door shut no later than 12.30.
Nap of no longer than 2 hours.
2.30
Wake baby a feed no later than 2.30.
Open curtains, undo sleeping bag. Change nappy.
Should be given milk, water or well diluted juice and perhaps a snack if baby no longer has milk at this time.
Do not feed after 3.15 as baby will be put off tea.

Give baby most of their solids before drink of water or milk from w beaker. It is important baby has a good milk feed at bedtime, so keep drinks to a minimum.

Bath, dressed by 6.30

Milk feed from bottle.
Dim lights and read a story.

Settle baby in sleeping bag, in the dark with door shut.
If you get on, it may be worth buying the book as there is a lot more information to add ie if they start night/early morning waking cut back on naps etc
It may look a bit much, but once we got into it, it was easy. It's not for everyone though
