What time did/ does your 7mo go to bed?

Just that really...

HV says dd is overtired and I need to do routine an hour earlier. She is usually in her cot 7.45-8...but wakes after an hour...

Half six to seven at the latest most days - she is now 17 months but has been like that for ages. Usually has a nap after lunch too.

mine went to bed at around 7.30/8pm as well. They did go through a phase of waking up after the first sleep cycle (around 45 mins) and had to be resettled but they stopped waking eventually.

My dd is 6 mo. she goes to bed at 7, and still wakes after an hour. She is a rubbish napper though, and does sleep (slightly) better when she had had more daytime sleep. Your hv might be right. (Shock horror. )

Mine went to bed at 6 at latest. More often 5.30ish. However he would wake at 5am! I didn't worry too much and was led by him and how tired he seemed. He's now 10 months and goes to bed at 6.30 and wakes at 6-7 :)

7.30ish- just about to give him his bath. It was 7 until the clocks changed and he seem to think he needs another half hour play time now!

6:45/7ish. Definitely no later or we'd be a mess at that age, but she does cope with later nights when necessary now (10mo)
