Just after some idea as I'm not sure if sleep too much. Dh thinks I do Sad I'll kick things off, I normally try to get to bed for 10 and for a decent night and to wake up feeling normal awake at 8 and I'm fine. Recently been waking up at 6:30 for work, snoozing the alarm for an hour and feeling shattered all day. I am TTC so not sure if tiredness=pregnant?

About 7 hours with one wake up through the night.

About 7-7.5 hours on average I reckon.More at weekends and sometimes less in the week.

I usually feel quite grim on less than 7 hours, but can rarely sleep for longer than 9.

I often nap in the day when I get chance, I'm very good at napping and can do it anywhere: on the bus, in a waiting room, I always sleep in the car if the journey is longer than 30 mins (not if I'm driving obviously).

About 7 hours, usually broken at some point.

I go back for a couple of hours weekend mornings but we go to bed way later so in reality I get no more sleep, just more broken up!

I'd happily sleep 10 hours a night but haven't had the chance since having kids.

About 7 hours.
Never really find out if I could sleep longer.

Go to bed about midnight - my choice, and get up at 05.30/06.00 for work. Feel fine!

6- 7 hours of broken sleep. I used to 'need' ten hours before I had the kids. To be honest I feel better now than I did then.

Bumping for those people up past midnight Wink

Block of about 6 hours. Then dosing on and off for 1-2 more. Try to go to bed about 10.30 but it can take me an age to get to sleep like tonight!

K8eee · 03/04/2013 07:28

Well last night was asleep properly at 11:30, kept dozing in and out and same old thing of snoozing the alarm for an hour and I feel horrible:( maybe the snoozing isn't doing me any good?

I feel worse if I snooze for a long time. I love doing it while I'm in bed, but anything more than 10 minutes makes me feel really groggy. Maybe try shortening the snooze a bit and see how that makes you feel?

K8eee · 03/04/2013 21:22

May try that tomorrow morning, shall try and just give myself half an hour to snooze Sad
