10 week old sleep

Just wanted a general idea of how long people would expect an ebf 10 week old to be able to sleep in a stretch at night? We can't get beyond 3.5 hrs despite hours of cluster feeding til 11pm. Has been the same for weeks despite good weight gain, surely dd should be able to feed less frequently as her tummy grows?

Don't think she's waking out of habit as always at different times and wakes up ravenous! And hasn't changed so not a growth spurt.

Thanks Smile

I would've been thrilled with 3.5hrs at that age - sorry!

That was about the same for our DD, fast forward 10 weeks and she goes most of the night.

Very normal sorry !

My two started doing about 5-6 hours around 16 - 20 weeks.

Very normal. You might see more of a patterns from 4-6 months but even then growth spurts, teething and development milestones will impact it.

At that age, dd was doing 2-4 hours as well. She was ebf. It only went to 5 hours from then all the way to 18 months Grin. She then eventually started sleeping through. Hopefully you are luckier than us and your dc sleeps for longer periods than ours

3.5 hours is good. She is still tiny so don't expect longer than that.
