Clock changes - how can I minimise the impact?

DS1 is 3 months so not experienced this before. With the clocks going forward this weekend, can anyone tell me what I should/can do to minimise the disruption to his routine? He is usually asleep by 7pm and we get up and start the day properly at around 7am. Is the spring change better or worse than autumn? Am I over-thinking this and it won't effect him at all?

I'm not sure how it works either. I'm hopin it will benefit me as my LO has been waking at 5an every day so hoping it will be 6:-) just means bed will be 9 and not 8 right?

I put the DCs to bed half an hour early on Saturday night. Their body clocks will work it out pretty quickly anyway.
