What time does/did your 5mo go to bed at night?

Just wondering, as I start the old winddown/bedtime routine around 6 as she seems to be tired by 6.30 and she is asleep (fed to sleep) by 7.30. She then wakes between 11 and 12 and seems genuinely hungry so will feed for maybe 10 mins before falling asleep. Then wakes at 4ish for another boob then awake between 6 and 6.30 babbling away and will sometimes snooze on the boob but not for long. The HV suggested that at this age they should be going to bed between 9 and 10 but that seems very late given that she's tired a lot earlier. However, do any of you put yours to bed a bit later and get a longer unbroken stretch and/or later morning wake ups? I did read that they wake at a certain time in the morning regardless of their bedtime so maybe I should actually be putting her down earlier to try to get nearer the 12 hours?? Confused

My DC is asleep at 7.30 after her feed. Like yours, will wake about midnight, and then again at 3 and then 5.30. Wales up fully about 7-730am.
Naps are at 9.30 for 45mins, approx1130 for 35 mins, 3pm for approx 2hrs.
No matter what time bedtime is, DC will still wake between 7-730 ( and I have tried the later bedtimes too).

Try what works for you but if your DC is generally tired, then I wouldn't want to keep them awake for longer, as they then may get over tired.

5 month old asleep by 7-7:30pm but wakes 10pm, 12, 3, 5 and up at 6.

Please let this phase pass soon!

Almost 5 month old goes to bed at 10pm (have tried earlier but he's just not tired then) and usually wakes sometime between 3am and 5am for a feed, then again around 7.30am. After that he'll doze until about 10am.

In terms of daytime naps - he has three shorter ones and then a longer stint in the early evening. Part of me wishes he would go to bed earlier but it's quite nice to get the lie ins when we've not got any plans in the morning Grin I do hate waking him when we have to be up and about though, it seems so mean. Mine goes to bed between quarter and half past seven.
Wakes around 10.30, 2, 5.30 and is up at about 7.30.

Tonight he is awake more prob because I have depressed milk supply or because he has dry itchy legs or because of some other random reason of his own!

Naps are: one in the morning and one at lunchtime, of which one will be 45 mins and the other 1.5 hours, and a short nap in the late afternoon.

Nice to see we are in same sort of boat as most of you!
