10 week old and naps

My 10 week ds generally only has 1 nap per day of about 2 hours. He may cat nap on me while bf, but only for about 5 - 10 mins.

We can only get him to nap by taking him for a long walk.

Any suggestions on how to increase naps and without the marching please?

I did the marching or in a sling if at home until 4/5 months then I would put dd down after cuddling/rocking. She's a champion napper now and has been since 5/6 months.

I did a LOT of walking at that stage! i also found the sling was a lifesaver in the first six months.
