I have posted before about sleep training etc and I have taken all the advice on board and done extensive reading on the subject. My eldest some had exams this week so we plan to start sleep training ds4 on Friday night. Now if I didn't know better I'd swear he knew because for the last 4 nights he has woken up between 11 and 13 times. I'm exhausted and at my wits end. Do you guys know of any medicine I can give him for the next 2 nights so we can all get some sleep before the training starts?

Hi sounds really difficult, but unfortunately you can't drug him. How old is he?

The doctor is highly highly unlikely to prescribe a sedative to a baby. Think about why he is waking and what you can do to minimize it. If he is waking due to teething make sure he has full dosage of painkillers in the night. If he is having a phase where he wants the company then just put him in your bed so you can all get a bit more sleep.
