6 monrhs currently having breakfast 8.00, hour nap at 9.30 and hour and a half/ two hours bwtween 1-2. Maybe half hour at around 5.00. Waking every two hours throughout night for drink. Should I change nap times?

When you say waking every 2 hrs at night for a drink do you mean your dd is bf & needs feeding in order to get her back to sleep? Does she settle independently at bedtime? Is she teething at mo?

If she is bf to sleep i'd say thats more likely the cause of the regular wakings than her naps. Naps look good & i think if she was getting too much you'd get resistance at bedtime & possibly a long nw. What is her bedtime? Regular waking in the first few hrs after bt can be a sign of overtiredness, though looking at her naps i'd be surprised if thats the issue here.

Drinks water throughout the night.sometimes settles alone, more often than not though its in our bed first then transferrer to cot. First two teeth are through but sleep pattern been the same.since newborn. No 'set' bedtime, just put in cot as soon as asleep

Maybe she's hungry genuinely hungry hence waking every 2 hours. Give her a feed at 10pm. It's not unusual for babies this age to need a night feed.

Has a feed at around half 9 and another at midnight
