Sleep needed...exhausted...routines with DD2?

DD 2 is 5 weeks and DD1 is 2 1/2 and I am shattered! DD2 was a month premature and my waters broke 12 hours after finishing work for maternity leave, so didn't get any break. Last night both girls were up - DD2 is getting sick/ or getting her back teeth. We ended up 4 in the bed and I feel wiped out.

I've been lucky to have loads of support, but from Friday will be going it alone with 2 and i am feeling very nervous! DD 1 was v sleepy for a long time, as she was early, but is more alert now and I am trying to get her into more of a routine, to help her night time sleeps - she's waking every 2 1/2-3 hrs.

Any advice/experience with coping with more than 1 and sleep?
