Will I ever get some sleep ever again!!!

Ds, 6 months used to sleep really well at night from when he was 2 months till 5 months. Would put him down and he would sleep for 10 hours.

He then started waking more frequently so put him on solids. Hasn't done the trick.

It is the constant moving around in his cot, always ends up waking himself up by hitting head on the bars. This happens every 1-2 hours during the night. I have to go back in and reposition him and he goes back to sleep.

Already tonight, put him down to sleep at 7.15 I had to go in just a minute ago as he woke himself up and head was right against the bars.
Am only feeding him once during the night and know that it is only repositioning him, but it is so tiring kept being woken up.

Am 10 weeks pregnant and feel exhausted day and night.

Do they grow out of this???

Is he in a grobag? They can help as it stops them moving around as much.

Yes he is in grow bag and I tuck the end of it under matress.

echo the growbag and have u a bumper, my ds did a fair amount of wriggling too.

Am a bit scared to use a bumper as ds cannot move himself away from the bars, would worry he would not be able to breath.

Yes, they do grow out of it, Smile. I've just produced child number 2 so have all this to look forward to again! I used a bumper for months as I recall. I got round the paranoia by having one of those motion/breathing sensor thingies. Of course, once DS1 was really wriggling round the cot, he'd move off the sensor pad and set the alarm off!
I'm afraid you can't EVER win, sorry Grin
