For the past month or so I have been waking up 5ish. This morning it was 4.30. Boys were up at 6. I am just lying there thinking things through. Nothing is really worrying me at the moment so I don't know why on earth it's happening. I wonder whether cutting down on caffeine in the day would help but I love my tea
. What else can I do? It's driving me crazy and my eyes are already hurting with tiredness this morning.
