Just wondered this really?

For nap/s and bedtime?

Naps - a couple of minutes and bed about 15 but this is because I have pushed them to one nap a day at 11ish so they are actually really tired and we have pushed bedtime back to 715pm so again, they are tired when they get there. When they were on two naps it was up to an hour!

Depends on the level of tiredness/illness/teething. He's 14 months now but his routine hasn't changed much. Sometimes he goes down & we don't hear a peep from him, other times he can be happily trampolining in his cot for hours before he decides to settle down! He has basically the same routine every day so I don't see why he should be more tired some days than others, except that he decides to stay up for a bounce some nights! Last night he was upset for no obvious reason teeth? so took over 2 hours of calpol, soothing & ignoring to settle. This morning he was trying to go to sleep on the lounge floor while breakfast was being prepared! I'm expecting a quiet day today, although I will probably be getting him up early from his afternoon nap to avoid late nights becoming the norm!

At 12mo, about an hour. But then I worked out I needed to move him down to just one nap a day, and now it takes between 15-30mins (18mo now). He has always been a rotten sleeper though so I think this is pretty good!
